Description
A sophisticated and architecturally refined credenza designed and manufactured by Century Furniture in the United States, dated August 2014. This substantial case piece embodies a timeless blend of mid-century modern influence and contemporary luxury, making it an ideal anchor for elevated interior spaces.
Crafted in richly grained walnut with a warm, hand-applied finish, the facade is defined by bold geometric paneling and accented with solid brass ring pulls, creating a balanced interplay between material depth and sculptural detail. The cabinet is raised on a sleek brass frame base, lending a sense of lightness while maintaining strong architectural presence—highly desirable for modern, transitional, and high-end residential or hospitality interiors.
The interior reveals two spacious compartments with concealed shelving, offering versatile storage for dining, media, or office use. Its generous scale and refined proportions make it especially suited for large living rooms, dining rooms, entryways, or executive interiors.
This piece retains its original manufacturer’s label and date stamp, confirming authenticity and quality craftsmanship from one of America’s most respected furniture makers.
Condition is consistent with age and use, including minor nicks, surface scratches, and wear, all contributing to a desirable patina while maintaining the original finish.
A highly functional yet visually impactful statement piece, ideal for interior designers, architects, and collectors seeking a refined modern credenza with strong material contrast and enduring appeal.
