Luciano Frigerio Brass Framed Large Mirror, circa 1970

Creator: Luciano Frigerio
Offered by: Babou New York

Description
Luciano Frigerio Brass Framed Large Mirror, circa 1970

A refined Italian mid-century modern rectangular wall mirror encased in a slim brass frame. The design is distinguished by its four L-shaped corner brackets featuring a hammered, textured relief that offers a striking tactile contrast to the clean, linear profile. The mirror plate is finished with subtle beveled edges along the perimeter, adding depth and architectural refinement. Retaining its original wooden backboard fitted with dual hanging hardware, this piece seamlessly blends Hollywood Regency glamour with classic Italian modernist craftsmanship. Its defining characteristics are the decorative cast brass corner brackets that subtly embellish each corner, a signature touch from the designer's work in Italy. Currently set up to hang horizontally, but can be hung vertically if desired.
