A recognized leader in interior design Rita designs award-winning spaces, recently winning GA ASID’s Best of Show and the Gold award for Commercial design for 2014.

Committed to design excellence while actively involved in the advancement of the profession of interior design, Rita creates beautiful, functional spaces designed to improve people's lives. Using her keen sense of design and attention to detail she excels in efficient spatial design, construction detailing, FF&E, lighting, and artwork selection. Rita served as President of ASID, the ASID Georgia Chapter, and GAIDP, successfully leading the effort to recognize interior designers as professionals through registration by Georgia law. Rita is one of ASID's Designer of Distinction in Georgia, and recognized as a Southeast Contract designer winner by ADAC. She served on the Board of Directors for MODA, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Museum, for ten years.

Rita was Georgia's first registered interior designer and the first interior designer appointed to serve on the Georgia Board of Architects, serving for 10 years. Registered in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Washington DC, Rita also serves on the Technical Committee for Means of Egress for NFPA.
