Winter McDermott is a Hamptons, New York interior design firm specializing in high-end residential spaces. Created by Maureen McDermott, the firm seeks to bring fresh, unique, and modern design to the Hamptons.
Maureen strongly believes that design should tell a cohesive story for the space. Interior design should not be limited to decoration, but rather something that's tightly in harmony with the architecture.
There are several principles that guide the Winter McDermott aesthetic to ensure each house is designed to be a home: CLEAN • MINIMAL • FRESH • MODERN • APPROACHABLE • RELAXED • SERENE

principal
Maureen is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design and has worked for many well-known design and architectural firms in both NYC and the Hamptons. Her aesthetic was shaped while working under design icon and mentor Vincente Wolf. During this time, Maureen designed various high-end interiors and managed large-scale construction projects. This includes 15 Union Square West, a dramatic 12-story condominium in the historic Tiffany & Co. building.
