Jean-Yves Lanvin
French
Jean Yves Lanvin is the great grandson of Jeanne Lanvin, famous founder of the Lanvin Haute Couture House in 1880. He spent his youth in the fashion and arts environment, discovering the universe of Paul Iribe as well as the works of Armand Albert Rateau and Jean Dunand created for Jeanne Lanvin houses and Lanvin Decoration. Deeply inspired by this life bathed in elegance and luxury, after having collaborated with some of the best design houses and art workshops such as Maison Charles, Pouenat, or Boccara Art, he now creates his own pieces and leaves his imagination take the lead.
Jean Yves Lanvin's vision is expressed through a mineral universe. His work is characterized by asymmetric and strong lines.Rare materials, perfect realization, delicate work with metal and minerals, elegant style allied to the strength of the lines, all these elements define his unique creations.
