Description
Gio Ponti designed glazed ceramic vase for Richard Ginori. Decorated with stylized Race & Polo Horses in pastel colors, edged with gold on the rim. The vase is mounted on a small pedestal molded onto the base. This vase is in perfect condition. Gio Ponti lived and worked his entire life in Italy, contributing to many fields as a master Architect, Industrial Designer as well as in furniture and the decorative arts. circa 1937 A nice home decorative addition for an avid equestrian.
