Art Deco Vase in Translucent Cognac w/ Cubist Geometric Patterns Signed Charder
-
Description
This elegant vase was realized by the illustrious glass making atelier, Charder, in France circa 1930. Executed in translucent cognac hued glass, it features overlapping cubist geometric patterns etched in subtly textured and frosted glass of the same color. The piece rests on a circular base, which is signed "Charder La Verre Francais." With its clean lines and timeless design, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling. It would be a winning addition to a table top or etagere in any style of interior from classic Art Deco to contemporary. It is in excellent condition.
