Substantial bronze sculpture by Austrian artist Franz Xaver Bergmann depicting a Man holding a nude female and standing on a rug.
Beautiful colors and attention to detail.
Signed.
Measurements:
11.25 inches high x 10 inches wide x 7 inches deep.
(As an artist Bergman himself also had a distinctive signature; "Namgreb" which reads Bergman in reverse. It is said that he used this mark as a nom de plume when the subjects of his work were subtly erotic and not to the taste of his more conservative clients or family.) - More Information
