Marc Wroe Turned Turquoise Inlaid Wood Vessel, I
-
Description
This is a beautifully elaborated and finely carved Ponderosa Pine vessel that has been polished to a satin smoothness and inlaid with turquoise by the listed Arizona Artist, Marc Wroe. The vessel is artist signed and dated 4/1994. The beauty of the piece speaks for itself. The vessel dates to the late 20th century and is in very good original condition. We have applied a couple of coats of hard paste wax to heighten its natural beauty. Marc Wroe sculptures capture the soul of the carefully selected woods used in his refined turnings--they seem to meld the several Southwestern cultures--Native American, Spanish Colonial and later usurping American settlers.
We have listed to additional Marc Wroe vessels separately. Please contact MJH Design Arts for pricing if you desire to purchase all three vessels. -
