SANCAI-GLAZED GUARDIAN FIGURE with breast plates and biscuit head. Tang Dynasty, The Figure wearing a low-belted breastplate and collared tunic over layered robes and standing with left hand on his hip and right fist posed to the front, each with stern expression , his robe covered with a rich combination of green, amber and straw glaze. Provenance: Property from The Alan and Simone Hartman.
