Description
Pen holder made from polished natural horn, slightly tapering towards the base and retaining the organic curvature of the original material. The translucent surface shows characteristic variations in color from light cream to dark brown, giving the piece a unique, natural pattern. Objects of this type were produced in Central Europe, where horn was commonly used for desk accessories, hunting items, and small domestic objects. The form is simple and functional, with the beauty of the piece defined by the natural material rather than applied decoration. Light wear consistent with age and use.
