Description
Beautiful bronze sculpture titled Cristo e i Ladroni by acclaimed Italian sculptor Carmelo Capello in 1955, We believe this is 1 of 3 made.
The sculpture depicts Jesus crucifixion with the two thieves on his side with one of them shown upside down.
The sculpture really makes a statement, very architectural lines and perfect size.
The sculpture is made of bronze and has a beautiful gilded patina which shows beautifully.
The piece is in excellent original condition it appears to have a small crack in one of the joints but is very superfine and does no affect or distract in any way from the beauty of the piece.
Measurements: 42" high x 30" wide x 7" deep.
If you are coming to our showroom to see a piece please call ahead of time because due to our large inventory some items are available by appointment only. -
