Description
The Cathrineholm Lotus pattern is a mid-century staple. The iconic modern print and cheerful colors are synonymous with indelible Norwegian design. This gorgeous 8" enamel bowl is one of the more iconic white-on-color patterns - in yellow. Perfect to add to or start a collection of the happiest kitchenware in town.
In the mid-to-late 60s, Cathrineholm Norway, produced this "Lotus" enamel-ware for gas electric plates with a fine porcelain, white finish. Originally marketed as having a finish smooth as glass, harder than steel, and virtually indestructible in normal use.
The large bowl is in very good vintage condition overall. Some other light chips and scratches throughout from age and use. There is also a bit of wear on the inside and bottom of the bowl. Please see all photos for condition. Please request any additional photos or ask questions prior to purchase, as our shop does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
