Executed in the historic maque lacquer tradition of Olinalá, Guerrero, Mexico, this rectangular tray reflects a lineage of Mexican decorative arts distinguished by discipline, patience, and material knowledge. Its restrained white perimeter frames a hand-painted beige composition, where fluid, organic motifs unfold across the surface in a controlled yet expressive pattern.

The form is defined by a shallow rectangular wall with integrated cutout handles, reinforcing both structural clarity and usability.
