Description

This work is from a series titled Tipping Point. This drawing has been created eyes closed. It captures an accumulation of marks made by the artist by literally tipping over from her balance point on repeat towards the drawing surface while letting the pencils and an eraser in her hand leave marks. The work is inspired by the tipping points and feedback loops discussed in the climate science. A tipping point in the climate system is a threshold that, when exceeded, can lead to large changes in the state of the system. -
