Oil on canvas painting by Louis (Luigi) Papaluca, the younger depicting a square, rigged ship near the Brooklyn Bridge. Circa 1940. Signed lower right. The painting has no restorations, slight stretcher bar wear, mainly on top. The painting has been recently transferred to new gallery grade stretcher. Louis Papaluca is the son of Louis Papaluca, the elder, of Naples, Italy. Overall in custom made gold gilt frame 28.5 by 35.25 inches.
