A Haitian Artist's surrealist and fantastic interpretation of the Temptation at the Tree of Life. Frantz Zephirin depicts Adam & Eve, tempted by serpents to disobey God's command about the forbidden fruit. The work is embellished with animal-headed figures and alien spaceships, as little Cyclop alien men descend into Earth's verdant garden. To add additional complexity to the narrative, the artist paints in the upper right corner, "The Masonic Eye, also known as the Eye of Providence, that symbolizes the all-seeing eye of God or the Great Architect of the Universe, watching over humanity.
