Etching on wove paper, signed and numbered 7/40 by Beverly Pepper. This striking abstract composition reflects the artist’s sculptural sensibility through bold architectural forms, tonal depth, and textured linearity. Part of Pepper’s Janus series, the work references themes of duality, transition, and monumentality inspired by the Roman deity Janus.

Executed with strong geometric structure and atmospheric brown tonalities, the print demonstrates Pepper’s translation of monumental sculptural language into an intimate graphic format.
