Bookshelf wall unit in Modernist style, designed by Belgian architect John Van Zeeland in the 1930s. This display unit was part of the interior of a Belgian listed building, "Dokterswoning Prové". In addition to the heritage building itself, the original furniture is also very valuable today. This display unit shows a clear design with a charismatic patina. The large version measures W 202 cm, D 20 cm, H 26 cm. The matching smaller version is available in another listing and measures W 151 cm, D 20 cm, H 26 cm. The other John Van Zeeland modernist pieces are also available in other listings.
