Rare pair of French Mid-Century Modern neoclassical silver floor lamps, attributed to Andre Arbus, circa 1930-1940.
The iconic standard lamps are supported by a triangular base with 3 claw feet, each foot with 3 digits. The fluted stem rises to form 3 Ionic columns flanking each other at the top. From there rises the original silver harp structure containing 3 Edison sockets.
Height of lamps is adjustable via the stem from 65 to 72". Shade is for demonstration only. Shade size shown is D: 20 x L: 14.5". -
