Description
1960s Massimo Vignelli Model 526/g table or floor lamp for Arteluce. Executed in chromed metal and acrylic. The simplicity of Vignelli's design and the sculptural shaping of the materials make for an incredibly refined example of his highly influential conceptual approach. Retains the original Arteluce manufacturer's label.
Arteluce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by collectors in the know.
Price is per item.
Rewired for US electrical with modified sockets accommodating 3x 40w equivalent LED bulbs. New cord, in line on/off switch, and period style US wall plug. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from 3rd party vendor for an additional fee. Please note only one representative sample is shown in the listing.
