Introduced in 1967, the Nessino was a marvel of ABS thermoplastic injection-molding, bringing affordable industrial materials and methods to the home and office environments. With a dash of color and a design inspired from nature, Nessino fits into a wide range of interiors.

Born in 1933, Italian designer Giancarlo Mattioli was part of the Urban Architects Group “Città Nuova” - a union of young professionals established in the early 1960s in Bologna, Italy who decided to engage in collective architecture and urban design.
