A model LT226 combination of a table lamp and a vase, designed by Carlo Nason for A.V. Mazzega, Italy.
The lamp has a double layered light blue and white Murano glass shade. The clear glass base / diffuser can double as a vase. It holds three E14 light bulbs. -
