Chicago Mosaic Co. of Chicago started in 1905 and became the largest art glass manufacturing company in the U.S. The firm became famous for its stunning mosaic, Tiffany-style stained glass lamps. The company incorporated the popular flora of the Great Lakes area into its designs. Chicago Mosaic is known for its larger-than-normal shade. All Chicago Mosaic pieces are cherished and held in high esteem among collectors today.
