Description
This exquisite five-arm candelabra lamp, crafted in the early 20th century, embodies the opulent Louis XVI style. Adorned with lavish gilt bronze mounts, the lamp features floral and foliate candle heads, exuding a sense of luxury and refinement. The top portion, gracefully supported by bronze mounts, showcases an enchanting arrangement of intertwined serpent forms serving as side handles. This whimsical design element issues a bouquet, adding a touch of sophistication and artistic flair.
The metal baluster body of the candelabra imparts a sense of grandeur and stability, while the squared footed base ensures a secure and stylish foundation. The intricate details and expert craftsmanship make this lamp a standout piece in any decor. In great antique condition, this candelabra lamp has aged gracefully, with minor wear consistent with its age and use. The lamp, without the shade, stands approximately 23 inches tall with a diameter of 12 inches. Each pleated shade measures about 20.5 inches in diameter and 14.5 inches in length.
This stunning candelabra lamp is perfect for adding a touch of historical elegance and sophisticated charm to any space. -
