An Elegant Pair of French Mid-Century Modern Enameled Wire Sphere Table Lamps in the style of Gilbert Poillerat circa 1950. The lamps are in the form of Oblong spheres emphasizing simple parallel lines, transparent forms and sobriety. The color palette of black and gold creates a compelling dynamic contrast. The piece are representative of the Mid-Century Modern period and spoke to the new post war modernity. The shades are for demonstration only.
