Description
Hansen Lamps New York, Metal & Wood Tall Table Lamp, Mid-Century Modern 1960s. A monumental, statement-scale table lamp standing 36 inches tall to the top of the finial, composed of six stacked gilt metal castings, each alternating a smooth gilt sphere with a hobnail-textured collar band. The castings retain crisp, well-defined relief and rich original gilt patina — a notably well-preserved example, without the softened detail or dulled finish often seen on pieces of this age. Patented 3-way switch on the post with porcelain sockets. Painted wood base and top collar in excellent original condition. Professionally rewired with clear plastic cord.
Height: 36 in (91.4 cm) to top of finial
Diameter: 7 in (17.8 cm) -
