This Mid-Century Modernist Sputnik Chandelier was created by Kaiser Leuchten and originates from Germany, Circa 1970. Featuring a unique downward facing sputnik form frame in chrome with a central joining cylinder in brushed Aluminum, this piece has 12 spherical glass shades with striated textural detailing. With allusions to organic clusters in bloom while maintaining a highly streamlined and minimal construction overall, this piece balances its references while putting it's gorgeous construction on full display. This fixture will style beautifully in a wide array of interiors and settings, from Classic Mid-Century to Contemporary. The height if the piece can be adjusted to suit. Newly rewired to American Standards, and in Excellent Vintage Condition.
