Description
Of tall architectural form, constructed of pierced and hand-tooled tin with an intricate geometric and foliate openwork pattern, fitted throughout with panels of clear and multicolored glass in shades of blue, green, amber, pink and red. Surmounted by a domed pierced canopy with a suspended ring and raised on a flared pierced base. The lantern retains its original un-electrified configuration and is suitable for use with a candle or other appropriate light source. Not electrified.

The lantern may be displayed as a striking architectural accent on an entry table, console, sideboard, or chest, or used as a decorative floor lantern. Its pierced metalwork and colored glass create an atmospheric effect when illuminated with a rechargeable LED bulb or other flameless light source.
