Description

Pair of 1950s Lisa Johansson Pape Model #50-056/2 Wall Lights for Stockmann Orno. A highly versatile and adjustable pair of wall lights, the brass gooseneck arm with shade can be raised and lowered as well as rotated right and left. The articulating arm can be extended out from the wall to a maximum of 10 inches or can be positioned parallel to the wall with a minimum depth of 7 inches. Price is for the pair. Also available in a white pair in a separate listing A contemporary of Paavo Tynell, the refined work of Lisa Johansson-Pape has made her an increasingly valued midcentury Finnish designer by collectors in the know. Not UL listed, but recommended UL from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Rewired for US electrical max 60W US candelabra incandescent bulb (higher with LED). New black cloth cord, in-line switch and period styled wall plug. Some patination, scuffs, dings and losses consistent with age and use and as largely seen in photos.
