Description
Pair of 1950s Giuseppe Ostuni 'Ochetta Grande' wall or table lamps for O-Luce. An extremely rare large sized pair of lamps executed in painted metal and brass by one of the most refined Italian designers of the midcentury. A highly adaptable light, the legs of the lamp can be slide up or down for easy adjustability, while the shade rotates freely on Ostuni's patented ball joint system.

O-Luce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their exceptionally refined designs have been long sought after by collectors in the know.
Rewired for US electrical with black cord & period style US wall plug. Accommodates a single 60W equivalent candelabra bulb. Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, scratches, losses, patina and wear noted only for accuracy. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. -
