Description
Vilhelm Lauritzen 'VL Ring Crown 2' Wall Lamp for Louis Poulsen
Originally designed in the 1930s by Vilhelm Lauritzen in partnership with Louis Poulsen for the construction of the Radiohuset building on Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, the 'VL Ring Crown' family brings a distinct and authentic touch to stylish interiors as well as a warm light to softly illuminate contemporary living.
The 'VL Ring Crown 2' wall lamp is executed with two mouth blown glossy white opal glass and unfinished satin polished brass armature and brass arm and backplate. The sconce emits light directed primarily downwards. The three layered opal glass provides a comfortable and uniform illumination of the area around the fixture. The brass is not lacquered and will develop a unique patina over time. The 'VL' series remains a highly refined and iconic design by one of the Danish modern giants of the midcentury era.
Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities. Also available in a 1 shade wall lamp variant as well as a pendant or chandelier model. Please inquire for pricing.
In-stock lead time 1-3 days. Out-of-stock up to 8 weeks or more. Inventory availability subject to change. Please inquire for time-sensitive orders.
