Description
It is simply impossible to talk about 20th century lighting design without mentioning Finland and the Finnish “masters of light”. Brass bent into flowing curves, glass shades, and subtle decorative elements characterize Finnish mid-century models, showcased by this gorgeous ‘51168’ chandelier model.
This elegant, sculptural lamp is a distinctive piece exemplifying Mauri Almari’s artistic design language. In addition to the aesthetic dimension, the quality of the lamp is also true to it's Finnish heritage; it is a testament to the era's emphasis on proportionality and aesthetic balance. The choice of materials and decorative elements reflects a commitment to both form and function, an ethos deeply ingrained in Finnish design philosophy.
