Description
A rare, Mod. 1195 nickel-plated brass ceiling pendant by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte, Italy c.1960. This tapered, conical shaped ceiling light has a lovely aged patina which contrasts beautifully with the crisp, 'eau de nil' faceted glass diffuser that sits below.. This convex cut-glass diffuser is held in position by three discreet metal support pins/brackets. The height of the lamp can be extended or reduced as desired and has been re-wired for use in the UK, Europe or the US. The pendant retains its original nickel-plated brass ceiling cup. A similar design, Mod. 2220 is also available - please see separate listing.
