Description
1950s Giuseppe Ostuni Model #109-1 'Tubetto 2 Snodi Piccoli' Wall Lamp for Oluce. An extremely rare wall lamp executed in painted perforated aluminum and metal by one of the most refined Italian designers of the midcentury. A highly adjustable wall light, the arm can be rotated right/left while the shade rotates freely.
O-Luce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their exceptionally refined designs have been long sought after by collectors worldwide.

Rewired for US electrical with new period style backplate added for mounting over a standard American j-box. Accommodates a single 60w equivalent US candelabra bulb (lower with incandescent). Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Overall good condition with some patination, scuffs, dings and losses consistent with age and use and noted only for accuracy. -
