Description
An elegant pair of original Murano glass table lamps crafted in Italy during the 1960s. These sculptural lamps feature elongated blown glass bodies with a distinctive lattice pattern, showcasing the refined craftsmanship for which Murano glassmakers are renowned. The softly translucent ivory-toned glass allows light to diffuse beautifully through the textured surface, creating a warm and atmospheric glow.
Each lamp is mounted on a solid walnut base that provides a rich contrast to the luminous glass form while adding a grounding mid-century warmth to the design. The combination of organic materials and sculptural form reflects the sophisticated aesthetic of Italian modern lighting from the period.
The lamps have been professionally serviced and fully rewired for modern use, and they are newly fitted with custom linen drum shades that complement the proportions of the bases while offering a clean, timeless look.
A striking yet versatile pair that works beautifully on bedside tables, consoles, or as statement lighting in a living space. -
