Pair of figural table lamps formed as standing male guards in historicist costume, executed in cast iron with polychrome-painted surfaces. Each figure is modeled holding a vertical staff that rises to support the light fitting and shade. The figures wear period-style attire with puffed sleeves, fitted doublets, breeches, and feathered hats, rendered in contrasting colors. Both figures stand on circular bases with molded detailing and painted accents. The lamps retain their sculptural character while functioning as decorative lighting, combining figural sculpture with utilitarian form. Supplied as a matching pair.
