Rare and important male and female torso table lamps in Hydro Stone plaster on patinated bronze bases by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American ca. 1970 (signed "PK LaVerne" on both bases). These table lamps are very impressive. As many of the LaVerne's pieces reference historical civilizations, these reference ancient Greek and Roman sculptures. According to Kelvin LaVerne, these are extremely rare. New custom shades provided by Lobel Modern. These have been newly rewired with new bronze sockets and silk cord. There is a switch on the back of each lamp which turns both sockets on and off at the same time.
