-
Description
A rare, important French Mid-Century Modern floor / standing lamp attributed to Serge Mouille and/or Pierre Guariche, circa 1950. The piece is likely a prototype, not commercially produced. The piece is composed in a stunning cantilevered form with a hairpin base, angled stem and an aerodynamic reflector. The piece is largely in black enameled metal with a yellow enameled metal interior for the reflector and a white wrapped vinyl hand grip providing surprising details.
