Description
All original vintage rare Reglor of California lamp, featuring a gorgeous lime green/ brown male fencer. Signed Reglor of California and is dated 1951 and includes an original Reglor shade. The lamp shade will need to be redone-original fabric is worn. The lamp is in nice vintage condition, but the paint has some cracks-does not effect integrity of the lamp. Reglor of California was started in 1947 as a decorative arts company by the renowned sculptor Rena Stein and her husband, who first started with plaster sculptures and developed them into lamps. Over one hundred designs with a variety of two tone colors were sold world wide during the company's operation until 1975 when a fire destroyed the factory in Montebello, California. This lamp measures 34" T x 12" W x 7.5" D including finial. The shade measures 8" tall x 25" in diameter.
