Stilnovo original and rare Sputnik chandelier from 1950s, Italy. This extraordinary 24-light Sputnik ceiling light is composed of brass and black lacquered tubular metal arms which radiate on an aluminum globe structure with central brass ring and lower small tubular rod details and hung from original canopy and custom canopy plate. Beautifully aged patina on the brass and in excellent original condition. This is a chic and iconic Stilnovo model which displays the avant-garde design and impeccable craftsmanship by one of Italy's leading mid-century lighting makers.
