Pair of 1960s Max Bill red & white table lamps for Temde Leuchten, Switzerland. This extremely rare and iconic design is executed in red and opaline lucite with white painted metal. One lamp retains the original manufacturer's label.
Price is for the pair.
Max Bill was one of the most innovative lighting designers in Europe during the midcentury era. His iconic designs have long been valued by collectors worldwide.
Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate. Wired for US. Accommodates a single 60W equivalent US candelabra bulb (lower with incandescent). Some scuffs, dings, scratches and losses as largely shown in the listing photos and noted only for accuracy. Some variation from lamp to lamp as they are not an exact match but present well as a pair. Additional images upon request. -
