    Fantastic set of six 19th century so-called "shovel" dining chairs from the famous Biedermeier period in Austria. These high-quality chairs were handcrafted out of fine nutwood around 1830 and impress with their beautiful looking "shovel" shaped backrests. Upholstered in a traditional beige Biedermeier fabric showing lovely pink stripes and little flowers/ roses, this rare set of 6 would fit perfect to our impressive round Biedermeier nutwood dining table - also from 1830 - please see Ref. ID: BM-DT7. The Biedermeier chairs are super stable and come in absolute great original condition.
