Description
Bold and sculptural, this brutalist artisanal lounge chair brings strong character and craftsmanship. With its solid frame and generous proportions, it’s a piece that commands attention.
Design
The chair is built from heavy wood, shaped by hand with broad curves and thick legs. Its sturdy frame suggests it was made in a rural workshop, where practical design met expressive form. The wide armrests and angled back offer support and comfort. Faux leather covers the seat, creating a contrast between the dark surface and the warm wood underneath. The material is practical and easy to maintain, while still comfortable.
This chair works well as a statement piece in both rustic and eclectic interiors. Its design hints at brutalist or folk influences, depending on the setting. More than just a seat, it adds character to a room.
Condition
The chair is in good vintage condition. The faux leather and wooden frame show light wear in line with age. -
