This incredible Pair of Documented Mid-Century Modernist Wide Lounge Chairs in Ebonized Sycamore W/ Holly Hunt Fabric by James Mont originates from the United States, Circa 1948. Fabricated in the highest quality materials with a uniquely elegant and dynamic design, these lounge chairs feature swooping rectilinear arms that pierce the button detailed upholstered seat and serve as the supporting legs for each chair. With a rounded back support and wide seat, the simplified geometric forms beautifully relate to one another with thoughtful proportions and stunning material finishes. The ebonized sycamore balances beautifully with the Holly Hunt Upholstery, a sleek modern take on these documented gems. Designed by James Mont, one of the most famous designers of the 20th Century, these chairs will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
