Pair of Mid-Century Danish Teak Reclining Chairs for Advance Design by John Boné

Description
This beautifully made Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Danish Teak Reclining Lounge Chairs for Advance Design by John Boné originates from Denmark, Circa 1960. Formed in teak with a sumptuous hand-rubbed finish, these chairs feature a high back with elongated paddle formed armrests, and tapered supports and framework. These Lounge Chairs are able to recline by lifting the seat altering it's position on wooden cylinders. The backrest tilts on hinges capped with brass fittings that extend out of either side where the high-back tapers inwards leading downwards to the seat of the chairs. The fabric is a horizontally striated muted grey green with dazzling textural variation in the weave, beautifully pairing with the deep sienna hue of the wood finish. This lovely pair is very comfortable and will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Mint Restored Condition.
