Description
These 1979 pair of Barcelona chairs are in milk chocolate brown leather. The metal is stainless steel and will not rust. The leather is clean and the frames are solid and sturdy. Designed in 1929 for the German Pavilion of the International Exposition by Mies Van Der Roe and Lily Reich, Florence Knoll bought the manufacturing rights in 1948 and began producing these chairs in stainless steel in the late 1950’s as an upper end option fot the consumer.
