This lovely Modernist Limed Oak Armchair W/ Nickel Stud Detailing in the Manner of Jacques Chambron by Mattaliano originates from the United States during the, 20th Century. This piece features elegant curves and well proportioned tapered supports rendered in a beautiful Limed Oak, fitted with Nickel studs that connect the exposed wood elements to the upholstered frame. The upholstery is a beautiful camel hue, balancing well with the value of the wood finish. After a design by Jacques Chambron, a french furniture maker known for his beautiful proportions and rounded rectangular forms, this piece is an excellent rendition and a great example of the return of designs and motifs from prior eras into modernist design. This chair will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Mint Restored Condition.
