Description
Designed by the iconic Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, this sophisticated pair of swivel club chairs, crafted circa 1975, reflects the designer's commitment to timeless modernist elegance. Upholstered in sumptuous taupe mohair these chairs offer a luxurious and inviting seating experience, while the neutral tone ensures their versatility in a variety of interior styles.
The chair's clean, minimalist lines are quintessentially mid-century modern, with an emphasis on comfort, aesthetic simplicity, and functionality. The swiveling feature adds a dynamic and practical element to the design, making them ideal for both social settings and relaxed lounging. The bases, crafted from rich hand rubbed brown walnut, provide a warm, organic contrast to the plush velvet upholstery, highlighting Baughman's masterful use of materials. These chairs have the original tags which we're removed during reupholstery and then reapplied underneath cushions. They read Thayer Coggin designed by Milo Baughman.
