Beautiful, restored pair of Bauhaus / Mid-Century armchairs by Gelenka from Germany around 1950.
Curved beech wood armrests.
Restored and polished with shellac.
Seat with elastic bands and small wooden parts.
Design: probably Ernst Breitenborn and/or Erich Dieckmann
Manufacturer: Gelenka-Patentmöbelfabrik, Wolfhagen.
Execution: 1930-1950s.
